Informationen
In der Zeit vom Mo, 12. bis Fr, 16. Juni 2023 finden an der TU Ilmenau auf der Grundlage des Thüringer Hochschulgesetzes und der im Juni 2021 durch den Studierendenrat der TU Ilmenau beschlossenen Wahlordnung der Studierendenschaft in der zweiten Änderungsfassung die Wahlen zum Studierendenrat (StuRa), der Promovierendenvertretung, den Fachschaftsräten der Fakultäten EI, IA, MB, MN und WM sowie den studentischen Vertreter*innen in den Fakultätsräten, im Gleichstellungsrat der TU Ilmenau, dem Senat und im Institutsrat Physik statt. Zudem werden zwei Urabstimmungen zur Wahl stehen.Mitteilungen und Entscheidungen der Wahlkommission, sowie weitere Informationen werden auf der Webseite stura.eu/wahlen bekannt gegeben. Einige Informationen könnt ihr auch auf Instagram und Facebook finden. Der Wahlkommission gehören Dustin Wiese, Julia Olfe und Aatu Kunnari an mit Helen Schuh als Wahlleiter. Stellvertretende Mitglieder der Wahlkommission sind Domenic Eric Planert und Maximilian Keller.

From 12 to 16 June 2023, the elections for the student council (StuRa), the doctoral students' representation, the student councils of the faculties EI, IA, MB, MN and WM as well as the student representatives in the faculty councils, in the equal opportunities council of the TU Ilmenau, the senate, in the physics institute council and two ballots will take place at the TU Ilmenau on the basis of the Thuringian Higher Education Act and the election regulations of the student body adopted by the student council of the TU Ilmenau in June 2021 in the second amendment version.
Notifications and decisions of the electoral commission, as well as further information, will be announced on the website stura.eu/wahlen. You can also find some information on Instagram and Facebook. The Election Commission consists of Dustin Wiese, Julia Olfe and Aatu Kunnari, with Helen Schuh as Election Commissioner. Deputy members of the Election Commission are Domenic Eric Planert and Maximilian Keller.

Klausurtagung
Für die zur Wahl stehenden und ehemaligen Mitglieder der Gremien findet vom 23.06 bis 25.06 die Sommerklausurtagung statt. Dort sollen die neuen Mitglieder der Gremien eingearbeitet werden und sich besser kennenlernen. Es wird eine Einführung in unsere IT geben, eine Vorstellung der Gremienstuktur und noch vieles mehr. Seid gespannt.The summer retreat will take place from 23 June to 25 June for the members of the committees who are standing for election and for former members. There, the new members of the committees will be trained and get to know each other better. There will be an introduction to our IT, a presentation of the committee structure and much more. Deine Kandidatur/ Become a Candidate
Um für ein Gremium zu kandidieren, nutze bitte das bei dem gewünschten Gremium hinterlegte Formular und fülle die persönlichen Angaben aus. Die Wahlvorschläge können bis zum 02. Juni 2023, um 14:00 bei der Wahlkommission, im Büro des StuRa (Haus A 013, Tel. 03677/69-1914) eingereicht werden.Die Wahlvorschläge werden ab dem 03. Juni auf dieser Webseite veröffentlicht.
In order to run for a committee, please use the form deposited with the desired committee and fill in the personal details. Nominations can be submitted to the election committee in the StuRa office (House A 013, Tel. 03677/69-1914) until 02 June 2023 at 2 p.m.
The election proposals will be published on this website from 03 June.
Einsicht ins Wählerverzeichnis/ Inspection of the electoral roll
Für den Studierendenrat, dem Senat und Gleichstellungsrat der TU Ilmenau sind alle immatrikulierten Studierenden wahl- und kandidaturberechtigt; für die Fachschafts- und Fakultätsräte Angehörige der jeweiligen Fachschaften; für den Institutsrat Physik alle eingeschriebenen Studierenden der technischen Physik.Für die Promovierendenvertretung sind alle Promovierenden wahl- und kandidaturberechtigt. Dies ist unabhängig von Stati wie Studierender, Mitarbeitender oder extern.
Wenn du sicher gehen willst, dass du wahlberechtigt bist, kannst du vom 17. Mai bis 02. Juni im StuRa-Büro Einsicht ins Wählerverzeichnis nehmen. Zu den folgenden Zeiten sind wir im StuRa Büro für euch da:

For the student council, the senate and the equal opportunities council of the TU Ilmenau, all enrolled students are entitled to vote and to stand as candidates; for the student councils of the faculty and faculty councils, members of the respective faculty; for the physics departmental council, all enrolled students of technical physics.
All doctoral candidates are entitled to vote and stand for election to the doctoral candidates' representation. This is independent of statuses such as student, staff member or external.
If you want to make sure that you are eligible to vote, you can inspect the electoral roll at the StuRa office from 17 May to 2 June. At the following times we are in the StuRa office for you:

Briefwahl/ postal vote
Die Briefwahl kann bis zum 02. Juni 2023 über stura.eu/briefwahl beantragt werden. Die Wahlunterlagen werden sodann zugeschickt oder können vom 07. bis 09. Juni im StuRa-Büro abgeholt werden. Die Wahlunterlagen sind bis zum 16. Juni, 14.00 (Posteingang bei der Wahlkommission vor dem Schluss der Wahllokale!) ausgefüllt zurückzusenden.The postal vote can be applied for until 02 June 2023 via stura.eu/briefwahl. The election documents will then be sent to you or can be collected from the StuRa office from 7 to 9 June. The election documents must be completed and returned by 16 June, 2 p.m. (receipt by the election commission before the polling stations close!).
